• Remove all makeup before arriving at your appointment.

• Arrive 15 minutes EARLY for your FIRST appointment to complete consent forms.

• Please confirm your appointment via text. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or being marked as a no-show.

• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations & rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment. (This applies to ALL services.)

• If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. You will need to rebook, and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

• A second no-show will result in the inability to book future appointments with Lex's Luxury Bar.

• Please no personal phone calls/facetimes or texting during your service, • Foreign sets are an additional $10.

• No additional guests are allowed (unless asked). • Please let me know in advance if you have somewhere else scheduled to be after your service.
